Honestly SO good! Best grits I’ve ever had. Creamy and seasoned perfectly. The crab cake was excellent—Maryland style and perfect consistency, flavor, and texture. Also be sure to try the cold brew latte that’s on tap! So yummy.
Mattie, the owner, was very patient and answered any questions we had about the menu. My daughter has a waffle and I purchased a shrimp biscuit with collard greens (vegan greens and it was SO good!). We share the waffle fries. Literally made with waffle batter and syrup. I’ll be back for another cold brew tomorrow!
I absolutely love waffles, and couldn’t resist going to The Wafflery’s opening day. The food was served fresh & hot. Sat on the patio & plenty of seating inside too. I can not wait to go back to try another build your own waffle!!! The biscuits were out of this world too.
